Nicky Carlson is a licensed agent and has worked for the Rick Jackson agency for over seven years. Nicky oversees the commercial insurance department and the overall office management. The Oregon Insurance Division licenses her. Nicky has a degree in Psychology from Portland State University, is married to Eric and has three children she adores.

Kelly Johnson, also a licensed agent, has enjoyed working with our agency since 2006 and is licensed with the Oregon Insurance Division. Kelly cheerfully greets our clients at the front desk. We doubt you’ll find a more efficient insurance assistant, capable of handling a myriad of tasks.  A native of Ohio, Kelly enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with her husband.

Brandy Jackson is the newest member of the Rick Jackson Insurance team and is excited to pursue this new venture. She is undertaking classes to become licensed. Brandy is Rick Jackson's daughter-in-law and enjoys traveling and concerts.

 

 

 

Jim Brigleb serves as a licensed field agent and marketing assistant to Rick. Jim brings to the office specialization in long-term care insurance.

His wife of over 30 years, Linda, is his best friend, and their family is comprised of three adult daughters, one teenage son, and four lovely grandchildren. Outside of work, Jim enjoys freelance writing, fly-fishing, riding motorcycles, and his church.

 

Rick Jackson started Rick Jackson Insurance Agency in 1992.

Rick has been happily married to Evie Jackson for over 30 years. He has twelve children and twenty grandchildren!

Rick is involved with many charities. Recent outreaches have included Uganda, Haiti, and China. Whether helping build shelters for the volunteer workers after a tragic earthquake or helping to build a church in the jungle, Rick loves mission outreach.

When out of the office, Rick keeps very busy, enjoying family and friends. Time allowing, Rick strives to take an annual family camping trip, and hopefully a motorcycle ride which provides sightseeing of different parts of the country. Team affiliation? “GO DUCKS!”
